NEW YORK, Sep 3, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- SIGA Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:SIGA) announced today that its common stock listing will transfer from the NASDAQ Capital Market to the NASDAQ Global Market. The transfer will be effective at the opening of business on Thursday, September 3, 2009 and the Company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "SIGA".
