Other Events

SIGA Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SIGA”) today announced that The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has approved SIGA’s application to list its common stock on The Nasdaq Global Market. SIGA’s common stock is expected to commence trading on The Nasaq Global Market at the opening of trading on Thursday, March 22, 2018 under the ticker symbol “SIGA”. SIGA’s common stock will continue to trade on the OTC Pink Sheets until market close on March 21, 2018 under the ticker symbol “SIGA”.
